1. Service scope
TriCore Learning Institute provides tutoring, revision, academic support, and skills development through online and in-person channels, including TriCore Campus, TriCore Live, library resources, assessments, and collaboration tools.
2. User accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering or applying. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to learners or staff.
3. Learner and parent responsibilities
- Attend scheduled sessions or notify us in advance when unable to attend.
- Complete assigned work honestly and on time.
- Parents/guardians remain responsible for minors using our services.
- Provide truthful application and payment information.
4. Acceptable use and online classroom rules
Use TriCore Campus respectfully. Do not harass others, share inappropriate content, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt live sessions. Follow tutor instructions during lessons.
5. Class recordings and digital resources
TriCore may record live classes for learning, revision, quality assurance, and academic support. Learners will be notified when recording is active and may be required to consent before joining. Class recordings and digital library resources are licensed for TriCore learning use only. You must not record, redistribute, sell, repost, or share class recordings or digital books without written authorization from TriCore.
Unauthorized personal recording of sessions, attempts to bypass access controls, or misuse of copyrighted materials may result in account suspension.
6. Payments and cancellations
Fees, packages, and payment terms are described in our Payment and Refund policies. Payment proof may be required for manual verification. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriCore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our tutoring support does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, passes, or qualification awards.
8. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, misconduct, or safety concerns. You may request clarification by contacting us.
9. Changes to services
We may update features, schedules, tutors, or pricing with reasonable notice where practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
