Payment Policy

TriCore Learning Institute currently operates as a hybrid tutoring and academic support institute. We provide learning support, tutoring, revision, and skills development. We do not claim formal accreditation or qualification-awarding status unless officially stated.

Packages and fees

Tutoring packages and fees are published on our pricing page or communicated during enrolment. Amounts, due dates, and included sessions are confirmed when a payment is assigned to your account.

Payment proof uploads

Where manual payment is used, learners or parents upload proof of payment (EFT, deposit, or other agreed method) via TriCore Campus. Files are stored securely and reviewed by our accounts team.

Manual verification

Access to paid features may remain limited until payment is verified. Verification typically occurs within a reasonable business timeframe.

Online payment gateways

Card or instant EFT gateways (e.g. PayFast, Yoco, Ozow) are only active when officially configured with live merchant credentials. Until then, manual proof upload applies.

Invoices and receipts

Verified payments may receive invoice and receipt references available in your dashboard when issued.
