General approach
Refunds are considered case-by-case according to package terms, attendance, and reason for cancellation. TriCore Learning Institute is a tutoring support service; refunds do not imply qualification or accreditation outcomes.
Missed sessions
Sessions missed without reasonable notice may not be refunded or rescheduled. Contact us as early as possible if you cannot attend.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability and must be requested within the notice period stated in your package or booking confirmation.
Admin discretion
Approved refunds or credits are at the discretion of TriCore administration after review of payment records and session history.
