Minor learner data
We treat learner information, especially for minors, with heightened care. Only necessary data is collected for tutoring and academic support.
Parent and guardian consent
Where required, parents or guardians provide consent during application and enrolment. Parents linked to learner accounts may view relevant progress, payments, and bookings.
Access restrictions
Learners see their own data and class-related content. Tutors access data for assigned classes only. Admins manage operations under role-based controls and audit practices.
Tutor confidentiality
Tutors must keep learner information confidential and use it only for teaching and support. Sharing learner private data outside TriCore systems is prohibited.
Class recordings
TriCore may record classes for revision, quality assurance, and academic support. Learners may be asked to consent before joining recorded sessions. Recordings are for enrolled learners only and must not be shared outside TriCore Campus.
No public posting of private learner data
Do not post grades, personal details, or session recordings publicly without explicit written consent.
Secure storage
Submissions, payment proofs, library files, and Cloudinary media assets are stored with authenticated delivery and signed access where applicable. Live session chat, attendance, and recording metadata are protected by database and application security controls.
Live classroom safety
Follow community guidelines in live sessions. Report abuse or safety concerns immediately to info@tricorelearning.co.za.
